My career has been about building systems that work for people who are often treated as an afterthought in design, learners in crisis, staff going through restructures, people of colour inside global institutions, and neurodivergent professionals trying to hold a lot at once.
2002-2014: Education Foundations
Youth arts education and language teaching → academic operations leadership

Scaled from supporting teachers to directing operations for 1,000+ students across multiple sites. 13 accreditation strengths during accreditation audits, gaining the maximum accreditation time, +20% teaching performance improvement.
